This means I offer opportunities to deepen your connection to motherhood through transformative breathwork sessions, maternity leave planning, and integrative health plans that fit any lifestyle whether you’re a working mom, stay at home mom, Type A, Type B, or somewhere in between. As your doula, this includes supporting your natural, medicated & cesarean birth plans through education and preparation. My goal is to help you have a safe, positive & fulfilling motherhood experience.

I’m Maddie Lee, a certified doula and integrative health coach serving moms online & in Bend, OR.

I am passionate about supporting you throughout your motherhood journey.

I provide emotional, physical, and informational support. I am dedicated to helping you have a positive and empowering birth and postpartum experience. My services include birth education, health coaching, postpartum preparation, labor and delivery doula support, resources for your maternity leave, and deeply transformative breathwork sessions. Mother and baby bonding classes are a fun and stress-free way to connect with your little one while demystifying some of the newborn care essentials like infant massage, bath time, and getting ready for restful nights.

  • A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional and physical support to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth.

  • A midwife is a licensed medical professional who is responsible for the medical care of the mother and baby. A doula, provides emotional and physical support to the mother but is not a medical provider.

  • Supporting your partner during postpartum can be done in several ways. Some strategies include helping with household tasks, taking care of baby, offering emotional support, or by encouraging self care.

  • Signs of labor include regular contractions, changes in the cervix, water breaking, bloody show, and increased vaginal discharge. These signs can indicate that labor is starting, but it’s important to note that every woman’s experience is different.
