MY journey to birth, breath, and bodywork

I’m proud to have began my journey as the third generation of bodyworkers in my family with massage therapy, chiropractic, and osteopathic medicine paving the way for my own experience.

I began in bodywork as a resistance flexibility trainer for high level executives battling stress and burnout while trying to maintain the ideal physique. Through this work and helping people rediscover their body and mind as their home I pursued my certification in Integrative Health Coaching from IIN and eventually continued on into advocacy for psychedelic medicine. Through my clientele and wellness expertise I was called to Oregon to facilitate psilocybin and wellness programming for a luxury resort and now I can’t imagine home outside of the PNW.

My next leap was through my own pregnancy journey when I realized the layers of experience and expertise I had developed to support the health journeys of my clients were even more impactful and necessary for the life changing experience of becoming a mom especially in pregnancy, postpartum, and the rediscovery of self that comes with motherhood.

As a DONA-trained doula, Certified Health Coach through IIN, Breathwork and Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a well-rounded, whole-person approach to every session.

Over the years, I’ve supported families through birth, recovery, and everything in between. As a working mom myself, I know how important it is to feel seen, supported, and resourced. That’s what led me to create Babymoon Wellness, offering birth prep and postpartum courses, mom + baby bonding experiences, self-care and breathwork sessions, and giftable retreats for moms who want practical, supportive, and empowering guidance through every stage of early motherhood.

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with maddison. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands.”

“Her guidance, coaching, and practical support helped me feel genuinely prepared for postpartum—not just with checklists, but emotionally and mentally, too. I felt more confident, calm, and cared for heading into this big transition.” -Sarah S.
